My civilian career was as a Travel Agent. First with AAA in Connecticut from 1964 until 1976, then on to Louisiana, still with AAA from 1976 until 1983. After a short stint with Carter Travel, I and other friends founded Pontchartrain Travel in 1984. PTI was closed in 2000 and I worked off and on with Horizon Travel until February 2003.
During that illustrious career, I managed to put on a few miles. For a look at my cruise history, click on this link.
The sea, pleasure boating, and just being around the water has always been a part of me. Here are five pictures of all the boats I have owned.

Photographed just off the dock in New Haven, CT., spring 1964.
Right: My 17' Thompson shot at Johnson's Marina in Branford, Connecticut, spring of 1965
Left: 21' Winner - Kailua - with 165 hp Inboard/Outboard. Photographed September, 1975 in Long Island Sound
Right: Kailua again, photographed summer 1976 or 1977 in Lake Pontchartrain, anchored off Pontchartrain Beach amusement park.
